For all the jewelleries we offer a ‘14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the jewelleries purchased at www.alfazard.com. You have 14 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the jewellery(s). For a refund, we accept jewellery with the original tags attached in the box and the jewellery(s) must not show any signs of usage. As soon as the package arrives here, we will issue a full refund. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Please note that, because we sell custom-made products we are not obliged by law to refund. However, we want 100% satisfied customers that is why, we do offer the ‘14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’!
We recommend shipping your return jewellery via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method. Please send an email to email@example.com regarding your refund, stating your order number.
